Aztec Gold is gorgeous! I think that's one I gave to my neighbor when we downsized and moved four years ago. We'll be moving to our retirement home a bit farther south (zone 10a) next May and I might just have to get another! Love that pretty bloom and of course the fragrance!

Hetty, I don't know why I never purchased this one from chefmike. I am pretty sure he had it. I have always been drawn to this plumeria, but as you probably know, I like a lot of the "old" plumeria shapes, colors, and fragrances. In the world of garlic, these would be called "heirloom".

Aztec Gold is one of the fastest rooting plumeria in my little collection. I had leaves in less than a month in perlite.
