If a mantid has to occasionally eat a hummingbird (was that on this thread?), a mamma kitty has to occasionally get a butterfly....

I honestly have no clue what it was. I took 11 photos and picked the best two so someone could hopefully identify it. Thanks for the ID; I shall call her Mrs. Cloud. Rolling on the floor laughing

In sad news, I've lost four Polydamas. One definitely had that virus they get and I suspect the others did, too. I've also lost several of the smaller Black ST cats. I suspect the virus got some of them, too. I hope I didn't spread it from container to container. I'm generally really good about washing my hands - they get so nasty when cleaning the tanks!

Nice photos Melanie, so sorry about the cats. Just remember that in the wild only 1 to 2% make it so I imagine the virus is just as bad out there in nature.

One at noon today .. a rainy overcast day here , this was here for a few hours ,then on it's way
The ones passing through are more interested in the neighbors Zinnia now ,Especially in the earlier hours while the kiddies are away at school ,, They like a quiet lunch , Hilarious!
