I have this one growing in a planter on my deck and I would love to know what flowers here so nicely for me, please.

I don't know succulents at all but the bloom reminds me of Kleinia
Kleinia galpinii
Scarlet Kleinia (Kleinia fulgens)
Kleinia cephalophora 'Blazing Glory'

Oh! I was confused!! I thought the bloom was a separate plant. I now see the bloom is PART of the succulent. So my guess of Emilia, Tassel Flower is wrong!

The bloom resembles Florida Tassel Flower (Emilia fosbergii) but I think Ursula's flower is from the succulent plant in the photo.

Lin, it is not Senecio/Kleinia fulgens, the habit is somewhat different. But I think you are spot on with galpinii.
