Pia, personally, I do not give yet fertilizers on my orchids during winter. I wait for Spring, for better conditions, where they are more actively growing and showing better vigor. During winter, I like to respect the tropicals slow down time, especially if it is not receiving enough light that it needs.
All your succulents are likewise on slow down mode in winter, and if you are growing them indoors, they are not getting enough light. I will hold back on fertilizers or maybe do away with it. To be honest, I do not give fertilizers to my succulents here, but my growing conditions are different, I have most of the Crassulas outdoors, since our winters are milder, no snow just some rains. Even in the rain, they can take it here since I have them in very shallow containers with very well draining media. There is more environmental interaction for them outdoors. Aloes, those ones are rather temp sensitive, got to keep them indoors and on the dry side.
But we all have our growing preferences, and methodologies. One thing I have learned with orchids..less fertilizer is better than overdoing it, you can easily burn roots and leaves.
