I have seen a couple of my lilies like this where some area in the petals have darker color.

Pixelation virus,..,could be the start of something bad,then again,it may not be that!![feed/water/heat] ?put it aside and see what it does next year

I would pull it, unless it was extremely special and if it was special I would isolate it. If it never had that mottled pattern before, I would tend to lean toward virus.

I have never seen this pixelation in my older lilies. This lily is a new addition to the garden and another new lily from a different vendor showed this sign also. I will certainly pull them out just to be on the safe side. Thanks.
