We are expecting rain in a few days. Just wondering if I should set my beautiful cuttings from Hetty out to catch rain or not. Confused Have not watered them since planting and the moisture meter still reads between moist and wet. Rain is a big deal to us desert dwellers!

Are they rooted? If so - they should be out in the rain!

Leaves are popping out on top Hurray! Would that be an indication? The pots have lots of holes in the bottom for good drainage. BTW, I took your advice and did not add pebbles on top of the planting mix.

As long as your night temperatures are not going below 50 you can put them out.

Thank you Hetty. Nights are still in the 70's. Can't wait for the rain.
I have all of the kitty litter buckets ready to catch rainwater!
