Barbara you always amaze me with what you do in your climate to have a steady pile of lilies when the season is with us. It looks like a lot of work, but you have certainly perfected how to do it. It looks like 'Santa Rosa' did particularly well...look at all those blossoms! Wow!

Congrats, Barbara and Lily! This was fun to watch. And kind of surprising too. Especially the music. I know Tracey is young, but I didn't think it would be Lady Gaga. I was thinking maybe Chicago, but thinking that was before her time.

Good choice of favorite actor, too. I love Ralph!

But it's not Gaga, it's Enrique! And I love Chicago though, ... Smiling

I gave the two best guesses, in the end, each the prize!

Ralphie is sooo lovable!

Hey I voted for Enrique right off! I don't think I ever heard of him though... Didn't know who Ralphie was either but I do watch DWTS and remember The Karate Kid on there so made the connection.

I think the winners have earned the opportunity to start the next game. What do you all think about that?

I'd love to play the game with or without prizes.

I laughed that you got Enrique right off the bat! Then I though...whoa..am I that predictable? Most times, I think I am.

When Dancing With the Stars featured Ralph, you would not even believe how many people I knew called and emailed, thinking that his biggest fan didn't know this. Well, to be honest, my sister tipped me off right away, but working in tv, she knew almost as soon as he did. Rolling on the floor laughing

So mags, did you get on the phone and vote over and over for Ralphie like I did for Helio Castraneves when he was on DWTS? Big Grin Hilarious!

Oh...what do you think?? I voted on every phone we had and called everyone I knew to make sure, when it was between he and Romeo especially, to be assured that he was saved! I still think he should have at least made the top three.

Everyone I called laughed and then voted. My mom laughed too that I had so much fun with this. You wouldn't believe the emails I got with what I called Ralphisms from the Karate Kid. Like "sweep the leg" Ralph and "honor very serious". It brought back so many great Karate Kid memories. We certainly had a good time with it. And what a GREAT thing to look forward to each and every Monday. I LOVED IT! Hurray! Lovey dubby

I am super excited! Whistling Thanks Tracey. Enrique is one of my favorites too. And so is Ralphie when I was a teenager.

I wasn't able to post early this morning when I got back from work. There was a tornado warning around 9 PM here. Then a brownout. No tornado though but the wind and the rain are bad. My poor lilies! Some are broken from fallen limbs and branches of the trees. Have to get out and do some cleanup. Rolling my eyes.

Hope you are okay Lily. Tornadoes are scary. It actually leaves A pit in my stomach thinking about it. We had one rip through here a few years ago, it missed us by a half mile, thank heavens! We owed our neighbors weeks and weeks of clean up here.

I am finding out just how many people really adore Enrique! And I thought it was just me. Hilarious!

Ralphie needs to star in something. I'm ready for a new Macchio role. In case Ralph fans missed this, it's hilarious. He does a parody on himself for a Funny or Die contest. It's pretty good. I loved it, I must say. But you have to know his good guy image to fully appreciate it. He is so NOT Hollywood.

Let's hope your lilies recover. And do send me your address in Cmail for you box in fall. And don't forget I added a surprise bulb to your stack of three.

I loved it! When I first saw it, I sent it to lots of people. People that know the good guy image totally got it. It's one of those things that I can watch many times and laugh my keester off everytime. Ralph has been really proud of that work. His acting is fabulous and his wife and the street woman.....hillarious as well Rolling on the floor laughing

You are too funny Mike. I had forgotten when I started this that you could all change your answers and I would never know...all you had to do was click don't add a time date stamp to your post and viola...all the answers would be right and their could be all winners. Then I thought...okay...so I'll change all my answers too then. But then Ralph would think someone else was my favorite and that just didn't seem right. Hilarious!

Would you believe I have some recordings of Enrique, too?
He is much better in Spanish than English...

But then, sometimes I almost seem to prefer music in other languages.

And (way off subject) did you know "enrique" is also a slang adjective in Spanish?

So Lefty also has fine taste in music. Perhaps some of these lily traits we have also translate into music.
Enrique makes me want to learn Spanish. His Spanish songs are beautiful. But then I am one who thinks that English (at least the American Variety) is among the least pleasing to the ear. The Uk version is much more pleasant sounding, but Italian (very close to Spanish as well), now there's some beautiful sounding language.

Interesting translation. Seems like his name should mean something different than what it does. Good thing he didn't get the Julio Jr name in the family. Somehow I just don't think things would have been the same.

So Lefty, which one is your favorite Enrique song then?

I couldn't say.
