The name must be less than thirty letters including LILLIAN'S. If Kathleen and I use the name(and we may not use any) you have submitted it will be posted here and you will receive a double fan in the spring 2012 on the date of your choice after emailing us at [email protected] giving us permission to use the name. "Note" If you live in Canada you must have a US address to receive any daylily from us. If you live outside the US or Canada we cannot ship to you.
If two of the same name are submitted, the one with the earliest time and day will be considered. Look at the photo and summit the name (or names) that you think best describes the daylily, this is very important so don't just submit a bunch of names that doesn't relate to what your looking at. Gee, I just noticed that when I edited my posting to add a name, the thread did not move up near the top of the forum listing like they usually do. So we need to be aware that when we edit to add names it may not be apparent to anyone else. And so, of course, I had to put this little note in to bump the thread up.

Good point! I've edited my post several times to add names, I just added "Lillian's Guitar Picks" and the last edit shows as this morning, but I could have added something else in the middle previously and there's probably no record of that. So maybe it would be best if we started new posts rather than editing from now on.

I guess we could go back to multiple posts per person, if you really think that people will have the same names. Before, when people were sometimes posting only one name per post, the threads became really confusing pretty quickly.

There may be no perfect solution. Fred may have to make the call on this... My elderly Mom is going to have surgery in the morning and I won't be around the forum much the rest of the day, probably not at all tomorrow, and will only be popping in and out the next few days.

Juli I hope your mom's surgery goes well and that she recovers quickly.
