Picked this up at the plant swap yesterday. At first I thought it might be an Elephant Ear but I'm not real sure about that. Can anyone put a name to it?

Maybe the juvenile form of one of these?

Variegated Upright Elephant Ear (Alocasia macrorrhizos 'Variegata')
Elephant's Ear (Alocasia gageana 'Albo-variegata')

Could it be a Syngonium? Or possibly a young Philodendrum?

Donald, I was thinking it just might be a Philodendrum - that's why I'm not sure. I'm hoping it's an EE.

Nice swap Anne. I agree with plantladylin that it's probably one of those two Alocasia. Will you be over-wintering in your greenhouse?

Thanks! and Awesome! Most definitely will be going in the greenhouse .. probably toward the top so the soil temperature stays a bit warmer.

While non of this may apply to your greenhouse I've found growing these Alocasia can be tricky during the winter months. In a window it's too dry, in the basement under artificial light it's too cool. The advice I've received that seems to work for me is to under-pot the plants and water/fertilize sparingly.
