Thread OP

This was left behind at a house after the owners moved, I have no idea what it is! It's been living who knows how long in a bathroom with no natural light. It seems pretty fragile.

Welcome! Poised Welcome to ATP.

No clue on the identity of the plant but I think you will need to study up on "air layering" in the near future to get that plant back to a happy place. It has exhibited a will to live so it will be worth the effort. Thumbs up

Thank you!

Also, I was told it's a Dieffenbachia - Dumb Cane/Leopard Lily plant. So, mystery solved and now I can provide proper care.

Yep, that's a Dumb Cane (Dieffenbachia seguine) You can cut it back and the mother plant will sprout new branches. You can also root the lopped off stems and branches for additional plants, just let them lay out so the cut ends can dry and callous over a bit for a day or so before planting in a well draining potting medium.
