That's fine, because it looks as if it's just made for paper anyway and I don't quill with paper because it doesn't last long and doesn't work outside.

Thanks for posting the pics, though, I needed to see if it would work with the foils.
I am sure there are paper quillers out there who would like the whole kit. Good for making paper beads too.

I think I put those round ones in. I also have more round ones and some apple shaped ones. The apple ones do not have any hole at all. All of t hese normally sell for about $1.35 each piece.

I'm so excited, Sally is sending me some of the double purple Devil's trumpet seeds, too! I had a gorgeous one in Arizona... here it will be in a container so I'm hoping it will do well. Thanks again, Sally!

I had one in a pot on the lanai last year. It did so well that it out grew the very large pot it was in and was just too large for the lanai. I took the plant out of the pot, root ball and all, took a big swing and tossed it into the marshy area of the woods behind my house. Three months later that silly plant is still blooming and growing! I didn't plant it in the woods.....I just tossed it in there!!!! Also, this is one plant that my sister, who has about the blackest thumb around (she even killed mexican petunias) can grow.

Sounds like just my kind of plant. The first few years I experimented with so many different kinds of plants. I babied them, talked to them, moved them around and grieved over the lost ones. Then I read an article written by a teacher, who has a fabulous garden. She said she doesn't have time for plants that don't produce. If they don't like her yard, away they go. And yes, I can relate Sally. I have one place that I throw my plants. I can see a field of flowers coming up now and then. I wish I had chosen a spot closer to my garden so I could see them better.
