If you LIKE it, it's not a weed. It's just a "very easy to grow volunteer".

On the other hand, if it spreads profusely by wind-blown seeds, your neighbors might still consider it a weed if you don;t dead-head it.

I have fond memories of learning to ID various plants at Carkeek Park day camp (I was about 10) and Queen Anne's lace was one of them. It is an introduced invasive Class C plant (control recommended but not required) in the PNW. I think it is a pretty plant, especially when it is growing at the edge of conifers.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.

I still enjoy the sight of them growing along the freeway and old roads, but they are very aggressive, with roots that go down to China. If I had a yard near woods and little landscaping was needed, I would sure have some.
