I don`t really know for sure but somehow it reminds me of a Callisia. That might be a hit or miss since it is a wild guess! I need to look around the internet. Edited to add: The family is Commelinaceae. Karen

Here is another photo of Cordyline stricta but I think the leaves look different. Maybe on the right track?

I think you are very close the flowers look good the leaves a bit different , but real close

I do not think I have ever seen a Ti plant in bloom.
