Is that the difference, that they are "winter grapes"? I grow Concord grapes myself, and mine never look that way. At harvest time, the leaves are still very green and the grapes seldom that exposed, but usually underneath the vines and foliage.
Any day you wake up on the sunny side of the grass is a good day.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to all of you for commmenting on the famous Michigan Concord grapes, which I've been told is contracted to Welch's Grape Jelly. I took this photo on October 8, two years ago, so I don't know if that is considered a "winter" grape, but the photo below will show how exposed the grapes are to the sun. click photo to view full shot.
@Fleur569 Love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I will think of your banner the next time I have one.
