Thanks Becky, at least I know how to start. I should have no trouble painting the background colors. Hilarious! I think the flowers, vines, and trees may give me some trouble, but won't know until I get that far. Won't be able to start these until next year, trying to get through the Christmas holidays is my first goal. Lovey dubby

I usually want to try every project I see, I collect "ingredients" and end up doing nothing. It was bad enough with the crafts I did years ago, but have added so many others that I have become a hoarder. Can't I just admire what everyone does without adding it to my list of "to do" things???

I love these! Thank you so much for the "step by step". Knowing where to start is very helpful. I am wanting to kind of re-create a version of this childhood vacation spot to give to my mom for her garden. Any pointers? (see photo)

We used to stay in the unit on the far right side, with steps coming down to the walkway. I was thinking I'd but a regular brick on it's end to represent that one. What do you think?

That would work well, Angela! Please show us a picture when it's finished! Where was your vacation spot? I'm guessing it was in Europe somewhere.
