I know how busy you all are, but I was wondering if you have given any more thought to having a place for us to purchase space for a store. I have closed my store on cubits and I am only selling on eBay. I did not want to spread myself too thin so before I looked for any other places I wanted to check with you to see how far in the future are stores for ATP.

I'm not sure if we will do it at all, but I can give you certainty that I won't be doing anything about this during 2011.

I have in the past used your DG Market Place , Plant Scout, etc.on your first site. There were a few things that I found would make it easier for the seller ....they are small but time consuming if you are busy. If you start to plan a market place here and care to have extra thoughts, I would be happy to share with you. When I mentioned making the changes it to the present administration I was told they could not make the changes. Never said why. I am sure they did not know how, but then that is only my opinion.

Well, when the time comes for a feature like this, I will certainly be inviting everyone to participate in the planning process!

Meanwhile, sellers are encouraged to use the "vendor" microbadge, and post on the Co-ops, Group Buys, and Sales forum.

I know nothing about those you mentioned. I will have to look into them. Thank you very much. It is no big deal, I can sell on eBay without a problem but since I left the Market Place Dave set up on DG, I have been looking for one other outlet. It is a hobby, not a matter of survival. Thanks so much. I will check them out. Of course, the Greenhouse becomes a bit full if I do not move the starter plants before they get too large.

Trish, I do not see the vendor badge. I see one for selling stuff for garden, but my plants are for the house, not the garden........ are houseplants included in that or am I missing the vendor badge?

It looks like a shopping cart and is meant for anyone who sells plants or gardening paraphernalia.

I put up a few things just to see if that is the way I should do it. Would you check it out and be sure I am not doing something I should not be. I looked at some of the others and followed the format on the ones that were not co ops. It says there are no rules, but I really do not want to start out on the wrong foot.
