Are morning glories like adeniums that can be propagated by cuttings?. I have started propagating mine via cuttings so I have back ups.

The first row of petals do not have this small fuzzy appendage.
This flower should appear much darker (more black) but I took this photo back in July and the full sun got to it before I could move it into less light. Dark flowers like this get chalky looking in full sun.
