Annie,..after reading your Blog Post where you mentioned the Winter Solstice it came to mind about Newgrange,..i came across a video way back showing the tomb in darkness then the light coming through showing the place up,..i couldn't find it this time,..its so old,..i remember visiting some of the Pyramids in Egypt when i was about 18 years old
and mentioning how old Newgrange was to the guide,..he never heard of it and found it hard to believe me,..you would have liked there,..and the Red Rose City Of Petra.
I was with the UN Peace Keeping Forces back then.
