I bought an LED light for my plants, and this UV health meter came with it:



There were zero instructions about how to use it. Am I supposed to wear it around the plants, put it near the plants? I have set it right under the light for 2 days and nothing has changed with the colors, do they even work?

I think that meter is just a key chain novelty that you take with you wherever you go, it's for your health, not the plants. I was able to find an Amazon listed LED item that comes with that meter.

I don't think the LED lights you bought emit any UV or IR light
