I really like that idea. It is so convenient to have a depot type facility near the garden, and where the truck can just backup to it and unload. Since I finally got my path where my truck can back down to the piles my workload has been drastically reduced. No more dozens of trips with the wheelbarrow up and down the hill to unload the truck.

That's exactly what I want, Larry. Im so tired of spending my time and energy moving around piles of stuff...it would be a lot easier to just have a central location to work from. I really regret that, early on, I never allowed any sort of vehicle access to the rest of the property...there's just the driveway and that's it. If only I'd had the presence of mind to have another rough road or driveway cut up from the road to the upper part of the property...that's not possible now because of trees, buildings, gardens etc.
I am not "country" I am "landed gentry."
