I hope you made room for them anyway. If the roots didn't freeze, they could come back. Check the feeder roots. If they are still healthy, they have a good chance of coming back.

If they look like this, they are dead.
This past winter, we had a power outage and I though I had lost most of my Brugs because the greenhouse went down below freezing for several hours. This photo shows what I saw a few days later.
Brown crispy leaves and dead branches everywhere! The damage Brugs died down to soil level. About 1/2 of them came back eventually. Unfortunately, they were still rather fragile going into summer when the summer heat and drought pushed them into summer dormancy. A smaller number have regrown from scratch now that temperatures have fallen. My greenhouse will have plenty of room in it this winter.
I'd volunteer room in the greenhouse if you could get them here. LOL
