That flower is either Strophostyles helvola or Strophostyles umbellata they are almost identical except helvola is annual and umbellata is perennial.

I got mine originally growing wild in Delaware. It is now growing wild, flowering & producing seed pods all over my yard. I do not know if it is hardy here (zone 6b) but will find out. I have pleny of seeds to share, if anybody is interested. Thanks.Thumb of 2012-09-09/Buttoneer/03de9d
