Is the photo by pixie62560 correct? I grow S. brandegeei and have looked at this hybrid but couldn't tell what the difference was between the two. Pixi62560's flower looks all wrong to me.

As I haven't grown this one, what salvia variety do you think it is @HamiltonSquare?

My best guess would be S. patens. The flowers not fully open and no foliage to see but the shapes of the upper and lower lip look like S. patens to me. There is no patens cultivar by that name surprisingly.
