The worst accessary car makers ever made! If you're that lazy that you can't keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road then don't drive.
On the coconut-I love coconut! but it doesn't always "translate" in certain applications. I got coconut yogurt and it was a big NO. Coconut cookies, coconut cake, almond joy, mounds..all perfect vehicles for coconut. Yogurt, not so much. And I'm thinking ice cream might go the same way Coconut should be the main ingredient, the star, not just one of the other additions.

I forget the brand, and I haven't been able to find it since... but Metro in Canada used to sell a coconut ice cream and it was so delicious. I think it was made with coconut milk and had bits of coconut jelly in it. Best coconut icecream I'd ever had. They haven't sold it since though...

If you happen to have Mandarin restaurants, they serve a lovely coconut cream pie.

TK, you seem happier. Less stressed. Coconut craving will have to wait until my abdominal surgery heals and my digestive track gets used to being back together. Then the search for the perfect coconut treat.

Been a little less stressy since my job ended. I'm stressed about being unemployed, but I think I needed the break. That job had me in a constant state of stress. It wasn't good for me.

I ended up coming out to California to stay with my fiance for a while. Just putting life on pause for a bit. And while he's at work, I've been trying to focus on my art more. I wasn't working on my art as much back home. Partially because my work schedule had me with 4 hours a day at best to myself (less if you consider time cooking dinner and showering).

Still stressy about other things, but trying not to think about it too much for now.

TK, if what's stressing you is NOT life threatening then let it go. Set it free. If it's that important you can take time to deal with it later appropriately. Only "eat half" of whats on your plate. Concentrate on your art work-it's fantastic!
