The all Gray and All black kittens should be adoptable , two gray tigers and my sister will miss boots likes it but won't take it either .

Couple of youngsters wanted two of them but had already set up an adoption for others already there . waiting list ,. That is hopeful ,
Kilo and Mingles are not as cute as some , but there mine now , and I will enjoy and care for them . you know ? it strikes me , that it has been a long time since I chose a pet ,, they seem to choose me , by others actions ,

I hope someone here can shed some light on what has happened to one of my (outdoor) cats. Mystery to me. Couple of weeks ago he stopped cleaning his rear. Stinky mess, huge build up. This lasted a while. I tired to intervene with no luck. Got to the point where his tail started to rot away. Gross. Eventually he lost 90% of his tail but now cleans himself. After avoiding any contact with him, I am finally petting him. Will be a while before I pick him up I think. He seems ok now. Acts normal, plays, eats, etc. I cannot bring myself to take his picture, though part of me feels very sorry for him. Has anyone seen anything like this happen before? Gene

Gene, this seems serious and I think you should be consulting a veterinarian.

If I was to guess I would say a severe parasite , Keep in mind ,, Cats and dogs will die of a form of gangreen from infections

Parasite makes sense. I'll just have to let nature and time take their course. I have lost other 2 cats as road kill in the last 2 months. Seems like it is always something. Gene

Gene I am not without sympathy for you or the pets , But that is why I do not really attach anymore than necessary to them .
