I realized during tagging that the large crested semp I have isn't in the database because it is an unknown ID.
Sempervivum have a potential for genetic mutations which can cause cresting.
This one is a great example! It is 3x3 inches so about the size of a croquet ball. Hurray!

Isn't there a generic Semp tag? But still the crested question would come up wouldn't it?
Could you just name it hedgehog or is ther already one out there? Rolling on the floor laughing

I think you can type anything; it just wont show a connection to the database. Once I typed under the container in photo name of person who made the container... nodding

Thanks Bev, but this must have changed or I'm not doing it right. I get an error message saying I have to match to a database plant before I can finish tag and then it doesn't let me save the tag
