'Blue Shadows' is a sport from 'Tokudama Aureonebulosa'. For years, I grew the two side by side and couldn't tell the difference, but a few years ago, TA changed and stopped thriving. BS, OTOH, has continued to do very well and it has been in my garden since spring 2004. It forms a medium-sized mound and by comparison to some other plants, it's a very flat mound. Please feel free to post your pictures of this hosta. If I recall correctly, this one rebloomed late in the season though I don't have pictures to verify that. It was looking a bit tired by late August which is the last picture I have of it. It did set quite a bit of seed in 2015. Please feel free to post your pictures of this hosta.
