Oops, sorry! I have been so busy here, not posting much.
My tomatoes are in the ground, well about 40 with 20 more to plant next week. BUT, we are getting mid 30s this weekend so I have to cover. Thank goodness I didn't get brave and plant out my peppers yet. But someone I know said the wild blackberries are blooming and we'll have cold temps, a Blackberry winter. Then it is safe to plant out tender plants.
I planted my squash, cucumbers and melons about a week ago, in the greenhouse. Most have come up. Some were old seeds. But they did take over a week to pop through. I have beans growing in some guttering too. I planted some beans in the garden and they have started to germinate. I had to cover with straw and row cover for the cold.
I am going to try and plant some corn to see how it transplants too. I'll try anything to get a head start.
My potatoes are popping up too. Already need weeding cause I put them in a field that hasn't been planted much.
