I know not everyone like these posts. I would like to get a few possible guesses what it might be. I know its a historic, been here at the house about 40 years, When the flowers its about a foot to the top of the flowers. It has a yellow beard. Usually blooms with 3 flowers sometimes 4 but mostly 3.

There are many that are similar. You can research Alta California, California Gold, Happy Days, Golden Majesty, Goldilocks... I'm on my iPad, and it's hard to go back and forth to look at pictures to compare.

Arlen or Lori may be able to narrow it down a bit for you.

The usual advice applies.. Don't stick a name on it until you grow one from a reliable source next to it and seek out advice from a knowledgeable source.

I have a similar one that I haven't put a definite name on..
