I love aubrieta but have had a hard time getting it to survive down here. One plant made it two years. I have more I started from seed this year and will put in a partially shaded spot to see it that makes any difference.

We always had it in our garden when i was young,.. i did sow some seeds two years ago but when the seedlings appeared i gave them all to a friend who had started a huge rock garden,..i didn't mind giving them away as i had lots of Campanula to substitute,..where the plant thrives,..Rockeries,..Walls,..well drained or sandy soil,..cutting back after blooming helps also take Root Stem Tips to replace dead spots and you should have Aubrieta for years,..fingers crossed for your seeds sown for the coming season Thumbs up
