Yep, I bet that's what it was. Sometimes, we put things up somewhere so that we'll remember it later, but end up hiding said item from ourselves. Blinking I can just see myself saying, well let me just stick this right in this pot and when I get home I'll put it where it needs to go. But when I get home, other things take priority and I don't remember to go back to the plant that I stuck in the pot. Rolling on the floor laughing

I did that with golden rain tree seed and don't want to get those lost..there are five seeds hiding in plain sight.

Tiffany I find that a lot of people want the St. Josephs lily. Hippeastrum X johnsonii. My neighbor gave me a few bulbs and they have multiplied nicely. I have several bulbs that haven't bloomed I don't know what they are yet.
I can't find the tag for a ginger lily that I planted last fall. The other plants in that area will have pink blooms so it's wait and see. Angry

Wow, such pretty flowers in everyone's gardens! Lovey dubby

I also wish I had Rosie's home-grown rocks! Hilarious!

I can never get Geum to survive either. It melts and croaks as soon as the summer heat hits.

I had one geum survive two years down here but it didn't come back this year. My daughter has plenty so when I get a whim to grow it, I just get some of her volunteers, otherwise I'd be finished with them too.

I found a knautia today in a very weeding flower bed that I had even forgotten that I planted. It was in bloom but when I pulled some weeds by it to take picture, I broke the bloom off. Sighing!

Two years is about it for me too, but I have found that partial shade helps them last. My favorite was one I grew from seeds I got in the Piggy Swap. It bloomed one year and died: gorgeous red. I think the parent was 'Blazing Sunset'.

It takes less muscles to smile than it does to frown. Great photos, Rosie, and a dang good looking gal if I may say so. Thumbs up

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.

Why thank you kind sir ( said with a southern twang from this old Brooklyn Girl! )

It does not take less muscles to frown when you are in your 60's...trust me... Resting Bitchy Face comes naturally... it is one of the plagues of aging..the folds go south!

BUT to make Lemonade.....it comes in handy sometimes!
