From images I have seen, it could be
'Caesar Augustus' (Reilly, 2007). Is just a guess....I don't own it.

it has a rather distinctive look from the garden photos I've seen.

That is the hybridizers picture of "Caesar Augustus" by Phil Reilly. I do own it, and it hardly ever looks like his picture. This is the best picture I ever got of it, it doesn't open well and folds over a lot.
