Hi Everyone! I am a very new gardener learning something new everyday since February. I am happy to join you and look forward to posting questions and reading answers here.

I am so thankful to God for having the energy to play as much as I want at my new job!! My other job is helping my daughter with her 3 boys. I can't really call this work!

Welcome to this site, which is friendly and quite active, and welcome to gardening. I started late in life as well, although I'm not retired yet. Lucky you! I still have 9 years before I retire, assuming I stay healthy. I enjoyed learning and sharing with my online gardening forum friends, and gardening gets me out of the house instead of on the couch.
