What/where are good adaptive tools to order for our Master Gardener Enabling garden?

Are you looking for tools that folks in wheel chairs or otherwise physically challenged can use in raised gardens? Or am I missing something?

If I got it right, I would look for Fiskars composite trowels. They used to cost 99 cents a Home Depot. They are extremely light weight and indistructable.
