I just sent my "not into daylilies" gardening friend in California a couple of fans of Rose Masterpiece. I NEVER mail daylilies but I was afraid that this variety may one day be unobtainable. It is a wonderful daylily for me. One of the first daylilies to bloom, it has scapes popping up as I type. The large blooms have excellent substance and almost always good form. Mine grows in a container and has survived brief minus zero temperatures in which other potted daylilies have succumbed. It grows at a good pace, but never overwhelms, particularly important if container grown. I've never had mine rebloom, but that's not unusual in my climate. If you can't tell, I really like this one and recommend it..........Maryl
