Now I wonder if Shoe uses the same color coding on the chalk boards???? I did the same thing when setting up mom's medications. Her eyesight was dimming but she could see some and could distinquish color. I used one of those tool cabinets with the little drawers and put colored stickers on each drawer. Yellow stickers meant morning, blue meant noon, and red meant evening. Then I'd just write the date in felt tip big on the sticker.... worked great!
