I have a choice at buying one of these.
Some factors I have to include are that I'm using these for breeding stock, the amount of sunlight they can tolerate, and that my dream cactus is pure yellow but the one I had died not able to handle the light here.

The half yellow half green is closest to my dream color, I'm worried being it's mostly yellow it might get sunburn easily and Rot, or that with time it might turn green from proper care.

The tricolor cactus has a lot of yellow but enough green it shouldn't burn and even splashes of red which is nice.

I don't know which to pick, Mabye you can help me decide?

If I had to choose, I love the tri-colored one. I've never had any like this.

Given my reasons for liking both, people's opinions will help me lean towards one over the other.

I like the second one Keith. The red splashes are a nice addition.

Interesting looking cacti..but I find it looks sick to my eyes..sorry, cannot recommend either, but that is just my own preference, I prefer green, lively looking ones.
So it will be up to you in the end.

I decided on the tri color cactus, it had a higher value apparently so that told me to go for it!

It will be interesting to see if it can survive on it's own without being grafted as there isn't much chlorophyll there.

It's on it's own roots and yes it will be fine I've had one similar before that did fantastic
