We had a long, cold, wet spring then our temperatures shot up into the 90's for nearly a month. Temperatures that high for that long are not normal for us. On top of that, a family situation kept me away from the gardens for a good month too. Let's just say this wasn't a great year for my plants, including heuchera. But they're tough and I'm sure will come back great next year. I'm bummed out that I didn't get very many good pictures of them this year either. I'm glad that I only got a couple of new ones this year though (Wow, never thought I'd say that!) since I'm sure they would have suffered the most.

Droughts, floods, fires - what a rough year this has been. How did your plants fare?

Not great , with all this rain. It just never stops. This has been by far the most Heuchera I have ever lost. And a lot of others not looking so good.
