I keep having this weed pop up in my yard. I actually been noticing it all around the area I live. I am pretty sure it is just a weed but I don't think it is a poison ivy or oak but I could be wrong. Please help. In two of the shots is the same plant at a young stage the other (on the fence) is a bit older.

It's some type of pepper vine. Someone else will come along with a more exact answer.

That's what I thought also. Fairly common in Southeast Texas.

Thanks everyone! I Googled it and the characteristics described sound like it. Every time I see it come up I pull it but that doesn't seem like enough. I guess I should close this thread now.

I find it to be a very aggressive nuisance.
