Orchids Garden Ideas: Level 1
Found near the Mohawk River in New York.
USDA Zone 5b
It grows on rocks that run alongside the river.
They just started blooming 2 days ago.

Any ideas on what flower this may be?

it is a wild columbine, they do reseed prolifically. they bloom mainly in the spring, and then have sparse blooms off and on after that. The plants themselves are not invasive and pull out easily. Hummingbirds like them, I don't think they have a scent much. The seeds are tiny and black, kind of like a poppy seed.
