I'd love to find and grow this gorgeous beauty! I like the fact that it is 2 to 3 feet in height.

Great pics @mellielong!

What great timing! I gave in and bought a couple of these the other day. I literally planted them two days ago. The first day, I had a Spicebush Swallowtail on them! And today I saw the male Ruby-Throated hummingbird checking them out! So far they've transplanted really well, especially considering it's getting in the upper 80's out there. I've got them in part shade as part of my butterfly garden. Most things wilt and lose all their flowers when I transplant them in this kind of heat, but so far, so good!

Here's the Spicebush Swallowtail giving them a taste.

Here they are right after being planted.

@mellielong

Wonderful! Great pic with the Spicebush Swallowtail butterfly. Don't forget to deadhead them, so they keep producing flowers. Keep us posted on them and lucky you that they're perennials where you live.

Here's the link to submit pics. Scarlet Sage (Salvia splendens Saucy™ Red)

Did you see the Salvia splendens 'Saucy Wine' available when you got the Saucy Red?

No, I haven't seen 'Saucy Wine' yet, but I'll keep my eyes open!
