Sorry I'm not familiar with any plants from Algeria but it's a very nice looking plant maybe someone in a warmer climate can help you out.

Mounir, can you tell us if this plant is growing wild or is it being cultivated in a garden?

It looks a bit like Daphne laureola. Maybe a relative?

My first thought also was that it reminds me of Daphne.

It does look like a daphne but don't most daphnes have four petals? I've been trying to see the number of petals on the ID plant but on one at least it looks like more than four. Can't be sure though. It would help narrow down the options.

sooby, you are right ... looking closely at the posters photo, the bloom appears to have maybe 5 petals.

It bears some resemblance to Osmanthus.

It's difficult to tell how many petals there are but there could be 5. I thought I could see some purple in the throat, the stamens look to be purple and the petals maybe have purple spots?

Yes, I thought I could see that too, and better in your clip. Nearest I've come so far is Myoporum, this flower below is Myoporum laetum. The leaves don't look an exact match though:

Myoporum tenuifolium does look like this plant, the seed pods forming can be seen and they match too!

The fifth picture from the right on that page has leaves that look closest of the myoporums I've looked at.
