I'm also a mint fan, I grow them between my barn and the gravel driveway, so pretty self-patrolling re unwanted spread and creates a softer appearance. I have many of the same as well: apple, spearmint, chocolate, mojito, orange, pennyroyal. Plus lemon catnip, also relegated to the gravel bed. When I had a small preformed open pond, I also had a water mint - I was hesitant to introduce that to my farm pond, fearing it might be invasive, so it went away when we filled in the pond with rocks and some bubbler columns.

Definitely lemon scent haven't tried it for taste yet because I've always killed it before it got big enough to to harvest any leaves from.

A friend has it behind her house if someone hasn't killed it so I'm getting more cuttings from her next visit

I love my Lemon Balm and always try to keep a big pot of it on the deck. Also have some Mountain Mint and some Lemon Thyme.
I garden for the pollinators.

Have 1 mint - Eau d'cologne - it's tucked into the pot under the rootbeer plant (with an ever returning oxalis, chuckl)

Moijito seems to be popular and easy to find right now because of some drink.
This is my first year with it and tea is the only drink I use mint in. Smiling

Currently, I have:

Spearmint, Kentucky Colonel (my absolute favorite)
Lime
Apple
Pineapple (plus it's so pretty)
Orange
Chocolate

I gave up my Eau d' Cologne because I just never used it (although it did smell lovely).

Lemon mint sounds lovely---I would love to try that one.

My Lemon Balm is growing by leaps and bounds. I like to put some in a big container of sun tea and let it steep. Very refreshing in the summer.

No, not really. Apple mint definitely has a soft/fuzzy leaf.

Kentucky Colonel has a very ridged leaf, but not fuzzy at all. I'll see if I can get a photo tomorrow.

I have what is suppose to be mojito mint and it is not what I would consider soft/ fuzzy Confused
wonder if I have something else.?

I have apple mint , the kind with the roundish leaves and it is what I would call fuzzy

I only have one; which I just added to the garden. I added Apple Mint. I don't often use it in cooking & I try to limit myself to just those herbs that I regularly use.
