Thread OP

I understand the fruit from Echinocereus Coccineus is edible, and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what type of things can be made with it.

I've not seen Echinocereus fruit, but if it is like other alpine cactus fruit, it's like to be tasty all bit itself.

Welcome! to NGA

My E. coccineus has never set fruit but Echinocereus engelmannii does and has very tasty fruit with tiny seeds.
