I've never tried these (so I don't know how thin they are), but Home Depot has a 100 pack for about $20.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately a trip to NC isn't in my vacation plans this year! Since my garden has not yet (if it ever will!) achieved show status, I am going with pruned branches. Lots of those around here.

Caitlin - you should be able to get those stakes at the Home Depot by where ever you are too.
