In the database here it's been indicated that the blooms of this plant are fragrant. Mine has bloomed a few times but I've never been able to detect a scent. Who has detected a scent from them? Maybe somebody has and I just can't smell it, my particular plant happens to have no scent, maybe confused with D. fragrans?

What are your thoughts?

Tiffany, sometimes the fragrance is more noticeable in the evening and at night.

Aha! I've usually donated enough blood to the mosquitoes by dinner time and have come inside, so those evening/night things plants do usually eludes me. If one person has detected a scent, that's enough to call it fragrant. I just wanted to hear someone who had out of my own curiosity. And doesn't that make me feel like realizing how long it's been since plants had some fertilizer...and that it would be more reasonable to hope for another bloom to sniff if I made the effort? Yes, it does. TYVM!
