Got this cactus and I tried to identify it with a picture on a garden app. It says it's either a globe cactus or a mottled spurge. Thoughts?

Seems to be Euphorbia mammillaris [ http://www.cactus-art.biz/sche... ]

But a more focused picture will be good for confirmation
