I hand pollinated these and was wondering when the pods starts swelling? It's been about 2 maybe 3 weeks now is it too early to tell?

Well, they're bigger than they were, which is promising! Though sometimes pods look like they're developing but don't follow through. I'd be cautiously optimistic.
