Something is eating my hollyhock! I've used 7 dust to no avail. It's almost dead! Help

Any bugs that you can see? A picture would be helpful. I have hollyhock weevils and, while they don't kill the plants, they do make them unsightly.

And there's also rust (a fungus). Pictures would be very helpful.
