I came across these flowers in a yard in Victorville California. If anyone would be able to tell me what these may be I would very much appreciate it. Thank you!

Looks like 'Lady Banksia' rose to me. Makes a huge plant when well grown. Welcome! to NGA, BTW Smiling .

It will definitely flower impressively in spring. In some areas, older plants repeat a little.
